We offer free customization for Mocaverse NFT, BAYC or MAYC  NFTHolders. Please read the following carefully before proceeding.

IP Licensing Agreement

​

1. Grant of License

The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, transferable, and royalty-free license to use the Licensor's NFT character for the design and production of building block toys.

2. Scope of Use

The Licensee may use the Character for the following purposes:

• Design and production of building toys

• Marketing and promotional materials related to the toys

3. Duration

The term of this agreement shall be 1 year, effective from the date of signature by both parties.

4. Ownership

The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Character, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a transfer of ownership.

In the event of a transfer of ownership of the licensed image, the original holder is obligated to inform the new holder of the contents of this Agreement. Any revenue generated from the license during the term shall be distributed to the NFT holding wallet address.

5. Revenue share

The Licensor shall receive 10% of the sales revenue generated from the licensed NFT. This portion of the income will be distributed via blockchain transfer, provided that it does not violate the laws and regulations of the holder's jurisdiction.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
